Cosmetic Gynecology; The Repair and Shaping of Private parts of Women.  Generally due to physical changes resulting from childbirth, aging process, chronic infections there is change in shape of internal body parts of woman.  Cosmetic gynecology is the art of restoring these changes towards near normal as far as possible of female internal / external genitalia so as to look younger and natural. This is one of the important growing field where women need not to simply accept some changes in her body part but to restore the altered changes to acceptable level. Many woman are seen to be upset due to abnormal shapes / size of external genitalia due to natural hormonal changes or from stress due to childbirth, aging or weigh problems. • Vaginal Rejuvenation: This surgical procedure takes approx. 1-3 hours. The most common complaint by women that vaginal relaxation is interfering in private life. By this surgery there is reduction in sizes, diameters of the vagina to increase muscle-tone thereby improving urinary control, and increase satisfaction.
• Vaginoplasty: A group of cosmetic laser procedures which repair, enhance, and beautify the genital structures. Women want to look and feel beautiful.
• Labiaplasty: This labiaplasty treatment is performed to reduce labial hypertrophy (thickened or enlarged labia), create balance and smooth contours, and decrease the height and length of the labia minora. This is the most common cosmetic external genitalia issue that women are concerned with.
• Perineoplasty: Repairing and restoring the loose, aging or injured perineum is taken care of by this method. The perineum is the location or part between the vagina opening and the rectum. And this procedure is usually helpful for women who don’t heal efficiently after a vaginal tightening or experience scars.
• Hymenoplasty (Hymen restoration): The surgical repair of the hymen, a membrane that partially closes the opening of the vagina. Traditionally intact hymen is a mark of virginity in many religions and cultures. Vigorous exercise or tampon insertion can also tear or rupture the hymen. Hymen can be reconstructed, through this.
